Making sure people are of the proper rank, have registered on the web-site and loot system site. Keep member accounts updated to ensure people are current - 30 days of inactivity will result in removal from guild with a letter to characters removed.
Banking - Terrakor, Xelian
Keeping the bank in the guild hall in order. Selling/buying items for guildies use. Keeping guild members in the know about the escrow account.
Class Advisor - Darow
Helpful suggestions to players who ask for advice on their characters. Knowledgeable in their class as well as others.
Epic Quests -
To get help with your epic progression. Set up epic runs. Help with epic info. Usually run once per week for upper level mobs.
Guild Events - Sethri
Scheduling non-raid events. Roleplay, scavenger hunts, etc.
Guild Meeting Facilitator - Terrakor
Schedules guild meetings and makes the meeting move along at a quick pace so all are heard, but doesn't take too long.
Officer Training - Athazia, Terrakor
Help officer candidates fulfill duties of officers. Make sure they know of roles they are to play.
Raid Leaders - Athazia, Darow, Terrakor
Organize, schedule, and plan raids. Run raids through zones. Pass out raid loot. Go over strategies for slaying monsters.
Tradeskills
Help with advice on tradeskilling. Ensure that the crafts are being monitored for replenishing. Help guildies with necessary items for groups or raids.
Web-site Administration - Ebom
Design, update and keep the web-site running smoothly.
