It was apparent at our Open Forum that members who want to raid desired a set of rules and benchmarks to help our raids become more successful. It was this desire for guidelines and leadership that prompted us to create the Bloodsworn Tribune, our Skill Set Committee.
First off, the committee is to be made of 8 members, 2 of each archetype, who volunteer AND are approved by the officers/leaders of the guild. There is a thread on the forums that is created for people interested in this post.
Requirements:
-- Will be a Bloodsworn Legionnaire (Hardcore Raider)
-- Volunteer
-- Chosen by leaders/officers
-- Know your specific class and willing to learn others
-- Approachable
It is this committee's job to help create the benchmarks, guide players (Spells, Combat Arts, Gear, AA's), and remove or add raiders that will make the Raid Successful.
Duties:
1) Create Benchmarks for characters in order to increase success of raid.
2) Field guild member questions pertaining to their class.
3) Approve promotions/demotions to the various levels of Raider.
4) Meet to discuss benchmarks/promotions/demotions.
Benefits:
1) Set the standard for raiding
2) Increased access to the Guild Banks in order to help others
3) Get more involved in raiding aspect of the guild.
